3. Nature of Second-Hand Goods & Condition Disclaimer
aspr. sells second-hand, vintage, archival, and pre-owned fashion items. All items are one-of-one, limited in quantity, and not new.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Items may show signs of wear, aging, repair, or alteration
- Such characteristics are inherent to second-hand and vintage goods
- Items are sold “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by law
- Manufacturer warranties do not apply and are expressly disclaimed
No representation is made that any item is free from defects, imperfections, or prior use.
4. Product Descriptions & Availability
Product descriptions, measurements, photographs, and condition notes are provided in good faith, based on visual inspection, research, and professional experience.
Despite reasonable care, minor inaccuracies, omissions, or differences may occur. Colors, textures, and details may vary due to lighting, screens, or material aging.
All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, update listings, or cancel orders if an item is unavailable or mispriced, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Pricing, Orders & Cancellations
All prices are listed in the currency indicated on the Website and exclude applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled except at our sole discretion or where legally required.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until confirmed by us.
6. Payment Processing & Third-Party Services
Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including but not limited to:

- Cargo’s integrated commerce tools
- Interac e-Transfer (Canada only)

7. Final Sale Policy & Store Credit Discretion
All sales are final.

In rare circumstances, and solely at our discretion, we may offer store credit. Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be subject to conditions.

- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges
- Compliance with local import laws
International shipments may be delayed or inspected by customs authorities. We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional costs imposed by third parties or governments.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item giving rise to the claim
